Why We Built This Site
Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123 supports public access to judicial records, yet access still begins with the correct custodian. The Greenlee County Clerk of the Superior Court keeps Superior Court case files and acts as probate registrar. JP1, JP2, and Clifton Municipal Court maintain their own lower-court matters. Arizona Judicial Branch Public Access supplies free case information from participating courts, while eAccess offers eligible Superior Court civil and criminal documents. This site organizes those roles, search routes, contacts, and request steps so readers can move from a docket entry to the agency that holds the official source.
What You Will Find Here
- Case-type dockets: how Greenlee County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are routed and read
- Dates and settings: how to review the court schedule and confirm a current hearing with the assigned court
- Docket searches: how to use a name or exact case number in the statewide case information system
- Official records: how to seek court case records, documents, and certified copies from the proper clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no affiliation with an Arizona court, the Greenlee County Clerk of the Superior Court, or any government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that a phone number, fee, or court setting remains current
Only the court that created a case or its authorized clerk can provide the official record or certified copy. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. They operate independently and control their own results, terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through a search tool may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set those charges nor decide which records a partner returns.
